Laviva AB, corporate registration number SE5567878490, sells products to businesses and consumers of legal age within EU countries. These terms apply to purchases of products in our online shop as well as the associated delivery methods.
We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice, and therefore ask you to read the general terms and conditions before completing your order.
The characteristics and prices of the products are presented on each product page in the online shop. We reserve the right to change product and shipping prices. Always check the price in the shopping cart before confirming your order. Prices include VAT, and you can view the VAT amount in the shopping cart and on the order confirmation.
When reading a product description, it is important to understand that these claims are not scientifically proven or objectively verified. Product descriptions are based on the manufacturer’s or seller’s experiences, marketing, and the features or benefits they consider relevant. Therefore, any claims regarding a product’s effects or functions are not always based on scientific studies or independent research.
This means that it is your responsibility as a customer to assess whether the product suits your needs. Results may vary depending on individual circumstances, and what works for one person may not necessarily work for another. We therefore recommend that you do not rely solely on product descriptions, but also read reviews, compare with other products, or try the product yourself.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that product descriptions are not scientifically proven and that it is your own responsibility to determine whether the product is suitable for you.
Any shipping cost is determined based on the selected product (e.g., weight and packaging) as well as the chosen delivery method. The shipping cost (if applicable) is automatically added to your order total, and the complete cost will be displayed in the shopping cart before you confirm your order.
You can order products from the online shop by adding them to the shopping cart and confirming and paying for your order at checkout. When placing an order in the online shop, you are required to read and accept the general terms and conditions applicable at the time of purchase. A confirmed order that has been accepted by us (except when exercising the right of withdrawal mentioned below) is binding and creates an agreement under these terms.
You can pay for your order by choosing among the available payment methods in the shopping cart.
When you have paid and confirmed your order, we will send an order confirmation to you via email. Therefore, please ensure you enter your email address correctly when placing your order. The order confirmation also states which payment method has been used. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We deliver your order using the delivery method you selected when completing your purchase in the online shop.
Our general delivery time within the EU depends on the product and the delivery method. More specific delivery times are provided in connection with each product description.
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. You may cancel your order by informing us within 14 days from the day you received your products.
You must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal by sending a message to the email address below or by providing written notice together with the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed for return shipping.
If you cancel your purchase, you must return the goods to the return address below no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. You must be able to prove that you sent the return within the 14-day period (e.g., by showing a shipping receipt). You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will not be refunded. Once the item has been returned and approved, a refund will be issued. Shipping costs are not included in the refund.
When returning your items, you must include your name, contact information, and the payment method used, or your bank account details so that we can process your refund. (If you paid with Klarna, you must inform them that you have partially or fully returned your goods so they can pause your payment until we have credited them.) We will issue the refund as soon as possible in accordance with consumer protection laws. If you wish to exchange an item for another product, you pay for the return shipping, and we cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

When you receive your goods, we recommend that you check to ensure everything is correct. If any item is missing, damaged during delivery, or does not correspond to your order in any way, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and no later than 14 days so we can resolve the issue. For defective products ordered by consumers, we follow the rules of the Consumer Purchase Act.
Uncollected packages will be charged a return fee according to the carrier’s pricing.

Laviva AB is not liable for direct, indirect, or any other damages related to or resulting from ordering, delivery, or products, except where required by the Consumer Purchase Act or other applicable law.
In the event of a dispute regarding an order, we wish to resolve the matter together with you first. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service so that we can try to find a solution together.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer may file a complaint with the Swedish Consumer Agency (www.konsumentverket.se).
